NOTE: Tuition and fees do not include sports, PK, Kinder, or Senior graduation, senior fees, standardized testing, sports, curriculum, or yearbook.
Tuition payment options:
- 1 installment with a 10% discount
- 2 installments with a 5% discount
- 10 monthly installments (Aug – May)
Refunds – All enrollment or registration fees are non-refundable unless we don’t accept the student for admission because the hiring of teachers and ordering of curriculum are based on expected enrollment. Our costs do not change when a student changes their mind about coming. Therefore, once a student has started classes there will be no tuition reimbursement except in extreme cases. Furthermore, if a student is expelled from school for any reason, no refund of any amount will be given.
Insufficient Funds – A $25.00 fee will be assessed for insufficient funds.
Late tuition payments – tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 3rd with a $50.00 late fee.
How to Make a Payment
You can bring a payment to the office; cash, check, or money order.
You can call the office or come by to make a credit/debit card payment (Square charges a 4% fee).
You can pay through Zelle (no fee), # 832-955-5478, name on account: Phillip De La Rosa. Enter the details in the ‘note section’ (ex: child’s name, grade, Aug tui $xxx.xx, lunch $xx.xx, basketball $xxx.xx) to ensure your account has been updated properly.
You can pay through your Gradelink account (4% fee). Payments through Gradelink are released after 10 days. If you are making a tuition payment through Gradelink, please make the payment by the 20th of the previous month to avoid the $50.00 late fee.

Other Fees
Athletics Fee: $200 for the 1st sport. $150 for the 2nd sport played in the same year. $100 for the third sport played in the same year.
Sports Camps: volleyball, basketball, and soccer camps are ongoing throughout the year. Information will be sent out by email and flyers for each camp along with the grade, age, and cost. Camps include PK4 – 12th grades.
Other Fees Include: picture day, year book, PK4, kinder, & senior graduation fees, senior fees, lunch, school uniforms, and curriculum fees. Information about fees will be sent to parents in advance for you to make a determination if you want your child to participate.
